    • Includes 6x 1hr 1:1 coaching sessions (you choose the dates)
    • With support via email/WhatsApp throughout the 9 weeks
    • 1.5hr follow-up session (booked on completion of programme)

These programmes are valid for a set time period and payments will automatically be taken weekly for the duration of the programme.
