What is coaching?
The coaching process is similar to talk therapy in that there are two people discussing ideas and issues, but it is different in that the person who is being coached is in the driver’s seat. You choose your goals as well as creating the strategies on how to get there. In a nutshell, coaching focuses on reaching future goals, therapy focuses on processing past events.
You might have a particular health & wellness issue that you would like to overcome such as improving diet and exercise, reducing stress, overcoming bad habits, sleeping better, managing health conditions or even adapting to a health condition. Equally, you may not know exactly what you want to focus on yet and would simply like to improve overall health & wellness, which we can explore during the initial discovery session.
Partnering
As your coach, I will help you to identify and overcome issues and barriers to your health targets. A trusted partner who will help you to develop your own customised action plans. Creating sustainable, positive behaviour change to help you achieve success faster.
Holistic Approach
My approach is holistic as I believe that everything is interconnected (physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual) and as humans all of these aspects of ourselves must be considered in order to fully understand our needs and make lasting life improvements.
Support
Through one on one coaching I will help you to stay on track, motivated and hold you accountable in order to move forward and realise your goals. You will take away personalised techniques and strategies that you can use in the future.

Holding qualifications as a Nutritional Therapist and as a Health & Wellness Coach, I have a strong scientific knowledge base in nutrition and am professionally trained to assist you in setting targets and achieving your desired results.
